B2Match - all participants
The B2B matchmaking is intended for all Walloon and Dutch entrepreneurs looking for agents, distributors, suppliers or cooperation partners in Wallonia or the Netherlands. Participants can independently schedule appointments with attending organisations via the B2Match platform. These are one-on-one meetings of 20 minutes each and will take place during the matchmaking component of the programme.
How to schedule your B2B appointments?
1) Registration
When you register via the Register button, you compose your programme elements in Plan your attendance. For example, you can register for the workshops or schedule your meetings with participating companies.
2) Publish a business profile to showcase your needs
Create a clear and concise business profile to raise your visibility on the B2Match platform. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and whom you want to meet. A good profile will generate significantly more meeting requests.
3) Send & receive meeting requests
Browse published participants' profiles and send meeting requests to those you want to meet during the event.
4) Your schedule
Access your meetings in My Agenda or Meetings, where you have your complete schedule for the event and the list of your meetings.
Individual matchmaking for Dutch enterprises
(registration before Friday, October 21, 2022)
For Dutch participants who register before Friday, October 21, 2022, custom made matchmaking can be provided. The Dutch embassy in Belgium commissioned matchmaker Transfer to find potential Walloon business partners for the Dutch participants in an individual matchmaking.
Based on the profile of your organisation and your specific requirements, Transfer will identify at least one relevant business partner in Wallonia. The potential partners will be invited by Transfer to participate in the Dutch-Walloon Trade Event and a one-on-one meeting will be scheduled by Transfer. This meeting will be shown in your agenda.
Please note, that this type of matchmaking is only available for Dutch participants who register before Friday, October 21, 2022.
Individual matchmaking is complementary to the B2Match matchmaking, where participants can schedule their own meetings with other participants.
How does it work?
1) Registration
Dutch participants who register for the event before Friday, October 21, 2022 can make use of the custom-made matchmaking, supported by Transfer. With your registration for the event, you can specify that your organization will make use of this service.
2) Intake form
Please make sure your organization will fill in the intake form in detail. Your form should include a description who you are, what you can offer to potential partners, and who you want to meet. A good profile will generate one-on-one meetings of better quality.
